Marco F. is a highly valued employee here at Ultimate Collision for his great attitude and worth ethic. He is a team player and is always looking to expand his knowledge of RV repair and further master his trade. Phoenix has been Marcos’ home since he moved here with his family at the age of 7. He began his career as a detailer where he showcased his ability to work hard and efficiently. A position in the RV repair department opened and Marco jumped on the opportunity. After 5 years in the RV department, Marco has learned and honed his skills in repairs ranging from roof replacement to fiberglass repair and everything in-between. What really makes Marco stand out is the pride he takes in his work and his perfectionist nature. Marco holds himself to the highest standard with every repair. He recently worked on a Tiffin Open Road that struck a deer at highway speeds. The Tiffin needed significant fiberglass work and Marcos was able to perform the repair and reinforce the fiberglass to be stronger than when it left the factory. Marcos enjoys the mentorship he receives from our lead technicians, and that everyone is friendly and works together as a team to complete repairs. When not at the shop, Marcos spends quality time with his girlfriend, playing soccer, or gaming with his friends.
